Automated Rules use an employee's start date to generate the review and occasionally, if the start date is missing, the review will not be generated. Admins can duplicate a review cycle created by an Automated Rule to run one-off cycles for those employees.
Note: Duplicating an Automated Rule review cycle will create an Org Chart.
- Navigate to Admin > Performance > Reviews.
- Navigate to the Automated tab > Select the Automated Rule.
- Select any employee's already created review cycle.
- Within the review cycle, select the ellipsis (...) > Duplicate review cycle.
- Within the new draft, choose the employee as the only reviewee.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to make any desired changes > Publish the new cycle.
