During the setup of an Automated Rule review, admins can configure reminders to be sent to reviewers before the end of the review phase.
Configure Auto Reminders during setup
Note: Auto reminders can only be enabled for Automated Rules on an Automatic Schedule.
- Navigate to Admin > Reviews > Performance Reviews > Create > Automated Rule.
- Complete the set-up and configuration stages of your Automated Rule settings. Once you reach the Schedule section of the setup, select Automatic.
- In each phase, under the Automated Reminders dropdown, choose from Default - two days before phase ends or Custom.
- Default: The reminder will be sent two days before the phase ends at the same time as the phase launched. Note: The default reminder will only be sent if the duration of the selected phase is at least 4 days long.
- Custom: Select the time and days after launch the reminder should be sent, and enter a notification subject and the body of the notification.
- Admins can also select to send a second custom reminder by selecting Add second reminder.
- Once configured, select Save & Continue to continue completing the setup of the Automated Rule.
