Employees can create growth areas to monitor and document progress on assigned competencies. Growth areas can be worked on for a duration of time to assist in career development.
Before you start
- Employees can create a growth area even if they have not been assigned to a track.
- Managers can also create growth areas for a direct report. Learn more in Create a Growth Area for a Direct Report.
- Lattice will send an automatic reminder via email, Slack, and/or Teams (based on user preference) to complete any growth area actions one week before the due date.
- Growth areas are auto-saved and marked as a draft if not published. Drafted growth areas will not be visible to anyone until it is published.
