Super admins or custom role owners with company-wide Reviews, Calibration, and Improvement Plan Admin permissions can create Improvement Plan templates.
Create a Template
- Navigate to Admin > Performance > Templates.
- Select Create new template.
Name the Template
Only admins and custom role owners can see the template name. Template names are visible to managers but not their direct reports.
Add Questions From the Question Bank
You'll see the question bank on the left during template creation. If you've already created questions, you can add them to your template from the bank.
Create new questions directly within the template
- Use the + Create a question button.
- Customize the wording, response type, and more by following the steps in Create a Review Question.
- Use the Save button to finalize your question.
- Repeat as necessary, and then Create template to save your changes.
- Any template with goals and competencies can not be used an improvement plan template.
Once the template is created, it can be added by going to the Improvement Plan tab > Settings.
