Customize the Performance Improvement Plans Tool

Admins are able to customize the Performance Improvement Plan to align with their organisation's needs. 

Edit the Display Name 

Customize how Lattice refers to improvement plans in the product: 

1. Navigate to Admin > Performance > Improvement plans > Settings.
2. Enter the Custom product name (singular) and the Custom product name (plural).
3. Select Save changes. 

Update the Templates

Admins can select and update which templates managers should use when creating a Performance Improvement Plan: 

1. Navigate to Admin > Performance > Improvement plans > Settings.
2. Use the dropdown to select the templates.
3. (Optional) Select Preview to view your selected template.
4. Select Save changes. 

Customize the Employee Acknowledgement Copy 

Admins can customize the text they want employees to read when acknowledging that they have received their improvement plan: 

1. Navigate to Admin > Performance > Improvement plans > Settings.
2. Enter your text.
3. Select Save changes.
