Admins can set a language preference for all users from the Company Settings page. Available languages include:
- English (United States)
- English (United Kingdom)
- French (France)
- French (Canada)
- German (Germany) - Informal
- Spanish (LATAM)
- Spanish (Spain)
Before you start
- Employees can set an individual language preference. Learn more in Set Your Language Preference.
- Previously published information before making a language change, will not be translated retroactively.
- End users will not receive a notification if the language is changed by an admin.
Set company language
- Navigate to Admin > Company > Settings.
- Under Preferred Language, select a language.
- Click Save.
Translating content
Lattice does not translate user-generated content or support multi-language workflows. For example, if an Engagement survey is launched in English, questions will not be translated into French for users who have set their language to French. Additionally, if an employee fills out their update in German, the content will not be automatically translated into French, English, or any other language.
User-generated content includes the naming of the Goals tool. Because Goals can have a custom name, it will not be translated.
