Problem
- Unable to use Lattice due to landing on a page with the 'Something went wrong' error message.
- When entering a page on Lattice, I receive a 'Something Went Wrong' error.
Resolution

- If your browser is not up to date, follow your browser's steps for updating.
- Try performing a 'hard refresh' to reset the cache for Lattice. A hard refresh is performed differently depending on your browser and operating system.
