Lattice allows admins to enable or disable 1:1s for the entire organization or a smaller group of users. We provide the flexibility needed to help facilitate a phased rollout of the tool if you choose to do so.
Activation settings
- Navigate to Admin > 1:1s > Settings.
- Under Activation settings, choose how you would like to enable the tool:
- Enable for everyone
- Enable for specific employees
- Disable 1:1s
- (Optional) If you choose to enable for specific employees, select the employees by department or fields within the dropdown. View the employees selected by clicking View employee list.
- Click Save.
