• What does no participation in a 1:1 mean? 
• What does it mean when a 1:1 has been participated in? 

Resolution

In order for a 1:1 to be counted as participated in, either party will have to do one of the following:

• • Have one created talking point (non-recurring)
  • Have one shared note
  • Have one talking point checked off
  • Have one comment on any talking point
  • Have an action Item created in the meeting
  • Have an action Item completed in the meeting
