Automated rules allow admins to automatically create one-time or recurring review cycles for their employees based on employee start date. Admins can edit an automated rule once it has been created.
Note: All edits will reflect in future reviews created by the automated review. To learn how to make edit to an existing automated rule review cycle, read Edit an Automated Rule Review Cycle.
- Navigate to Admin > Reviews > Performance reviews > Automated Reviews.
- Select to enter the desired automated rule.
- Click Settings > Edit rule.
Setup
Edit options available
- Rule name
- Reviewees: Update rule to include All employees vs. Specific employees
- Cadence: Update the number of days in the rule cadence
- Review directions: Add or remove the manager summary
- Reminders: Change the reminder to be a default or custom reminder.
Edit options unavailable
- Cadence: Edit from a one time cadence to repeating and vice versa
- Review directions: Add or remove review directions
