A list of all the survey questions in Lattice
Originally developed in 2018, Lattice's survey questions underwent a thorough review and redevelopment in 2022. Beginning with academic foundations, we used a combination of real-world utilization data and internal expertise to refine our question and theme set. We then validated these questions and themes with external experts, trusted thought partners in our Resources for Humans community, and a selection of customers.
All questions are rated on a Likert scale (strongly disagree, disagree, neutral, agree, and strongly agree) and include an optional comment unless otherwise noted.
Surveys Question Bank
You can find the Surveys Question bank by following these steps:
- Navigate to Admin > Engagement.
- Go to the Question Bank.
- Choose either Questions or Themes.
The question bank includes all Lattice default questions by theme. Within the question bank, you can:
- Create custom survey questions.
- Create custom survey themes.
