Super admins and Employee Field custom role owners can edit employee fields within the employee profile or Fields page, depending on the permissions set.
Employee field custom role owners
Employee Field custom role owners can edit fields they have been given access to within the Employee page.
- Navigate to the company page > Employees.
- Search for and click on the relevant employee.
- Navigate to Details page to view fields.
- Click on the pencil icon next to the associated field category.
- Update the field value and click Save Changes.
Super admins
Note: Default fields can only be edited to update visibility. Learn how to Edit Default Field Visibility.
- Navigate to Admin > Settings > People > Fields.
- Click on the field row.
- Update the field value and click Save Changes.
