Problem
- I am receiving a Missing field error in the import log
- Missing fields when syncing with HRIS
Resolution
There are several errors in an import log that will see a Missing field error with the corresponding field missing in your HRIS.
A typical example of this error is Missing field 'Pay type'. If you are synced with BambooHR, this field determines which employees are brought into the integration. Therefore we will call out when an employee doesn't have one set.
