Bulk uploading goals allows teams to migrate active (or historical) OKRs/goals written outside of Lattice into the platform. The upload identifies goal owners with their email addresses and automatically assigns them the goal. Lattice does not notify goal owners after a goal associated with them has been uploaded.
Before you start
- Only Lattice admins can bulk upload goals.
- The bulk upload only supports adding one goal owner per goal.
- The bulk upload does not specify parent/child goals during the process. Therefore, admins must attach child goals to parent goals after uploading. Learn more in Cascading: Aligning Your Goal to a Parent.
- If a field in the CSV does not match or there is an error, no goals will be uploaded into the system. Double-check the CSV and re-upload it accordingly.
