Set Goals to be accessible to all or a subset of employees.
Lattice allows you to turn on Goals for your entire organization or a smaller group of users. Lattice provides the flexibility you need to help facilitate a phased rollout of the tool if you choose to do so.
Adjusting your Activation Settings
- Navigate to Admin > Goals > Settings.
- Under General > Activation, select whether you would like the tool turned on for all employees, a specific set of employees, or disable the tool altogether.

(Optional): If you choose to enable for specific employees, you will need to select employees by department or field. This will prevent any user who is not assigned the selected field from having visibility into the tool.
Note: Choosing a filter with two different fields will only pull in employees who are assigned to both fields will be included. If you would like to filter for specific employees within two separate categories, you will need to create a new custom field that you can assign to both groups. - Select Apply.
