Admins have the ability to change the status of a compensation cycle participant even after a cycle has been launched.
Before you start
Some status changes may result in changes in budget guidance which will be noted and will prompt you to make adjustments to your budget.
Note: If a participant is moved to hidden (i.e. removed from the cycle) they will not be able to be added back in.

Adjust participant status
- Navigate to Admin > Compensation > Compensation Cycle.
- Select View Progress to enter the desired cycle.
- Under Manage Cycle, enter the Participants page.
- For the desired participant, change the Status on the table to override the eligibility rules via the dropdown.
- A confirmation modal will appear –– Select Yes, change status.
