Submit New Pay Recommendations as an Admin in an Active Compensation Cycle

As a Super Admin or an admin for the specific compensation cycle, you can enter your own recommendations for an employee during an active compensation cycle. 

  1. Navigate to Admin > Compensation > Compensation cycles.
  2. Select the compensation cycle.
  3. Select the Recommendations tab
  4. Select the employee's name in the table, which will open the context panel on the right side.
  5. Here you can adjust the recommendation manually and make changes on behalf of managers. 
  6. When ready, select Submit changes.
Note: When an admin submits changes, they are inserted into the compensation approval chain wherever the current approval is. Recommenders and Approvers who have already submitted will not be able to see what an admin submits as a recommendation. Only Approvers who have not yet submitted will see what admin submits.
