Admins can view which managers submitted their recommendations and approvals during the compensation cycle and remind those who have not started.
View manager progress
To navigate to the Manager Progress page:
- Navigate to Admin > Compensation > Compensation cycles.
- Next to the cycle, select View progress.
- Navigate to Settings > Manager progress.
Submission status
At the top of the page, you can view the submission status for all managers participating in the cycle. Statuses are Submitted, In progress, and Not started. Each status is assigned a percentage based on the ratio of recommendations and approvals submitted.
Compensation progress table
The progress table allows you to view the status for:
- Participating managers only
- All managers
- Excluded managers only
You can add additional filters to break down the managers shown even further. Filters include:
- Name
- Department
- Job function
- Job type
- Status (Not started, In progress, Submitted)
- Submitted to
Send reminders
To send a reminder to managers who have not completed their submissions:
- Select the manager via check box.
- Click Send reminders and select a status:
- Not submitted
- Not started
- In progress
- Customize the subject and body of the message.
- Click Send reminder.
