View a Direct Report's Track and Level

Once an admin has assigned employees a track and level, their managers can view the track within the direct report's individual development plan (IDP). The IDP lists the direct report's competencies and current level alongside the expectations for the next level they can grow into.

1. Navigate to My team.
2. Click on a direct report to enter their profile.
3. Enter the Grow tab.
4. Under Expectations, click on the current track.
