If an admin has allowed peers to self-nominate, employees can select themselves as a peer reviewer for a reviewee during the peer selection phase of the review cycle.
Note: You can only nominate yourself to review peers if you are also being reviewed in the review cycle.
- Click the Select peer reviewers task from your Home page.
- Under the Nominate your peer reviewers section, scroll down to Opt to peer review someone you've worked with (optional) section
- Search for a peer's name and click to add it to a list.
- Click Submit nominations.
Self-nominations to review others will require approval from the reviewee's manager. Once the self nomination is submitted employees will be able to see if the self nomination has been approved or declined by the reviewee's manager.
