Problem
- A colleague self-nominated to review someone after the manager already approved peer nominations.
- The manager did not receive an email or task notification after a colleague self-nominated to review someone.
Resolution
If a request to review is made after the manager has approved nominations, it is automatically approved. The manager will not receive an email notification or task notification, and no manager action is required for the self-nominated peer to be included in the employee’s peer reviewers list.
In this case, the self-nominator will see the request move to “approved” on their peer nomination page. The reviewee will not see the self-nominated peer on their peer nomination page during peer selection or after peer selection ends. The reviewee will only see the final approved peer list once the cycle launches into review writing and peer review deliverables are set to share peer feedback with the reviewee.
