Problem
- Once the peer reviews start, can employees see a list of who their peer reviewers are?
- Can employees see who has been approved as their peer reviewer?
Resolution
During a cycle, reviewees cannot see who is listed as peer reviewers for them in the cycle. If they've been given the ability to nominate peers, they can see the status of those whom they chose, but they cannot see adjustments made by managers or admins.
Note: If the Peer Deliverables settings are configured to allow reviewees to see peer reviews with reviewer names attached, and a reviewee is also assigned as a reviewer, their review writing launch notification will confirm the peers who are reviewing them.
Admins can monitor the number of peer reviews employees need to complete within the Reviewers tab of the Peer Selection phase.
