Before you start
- Activation of the Lattice AI Agent is required in order for the Agent in 1:1s-specific settings to be available to admins.
Enable the Lattice AI Agent for 1:1s
- Switch to admin
- Select Agent in 1:1s, under the Lattice AI heading
- Use the Enable Lattice Agent in 1:1s button

You should now see a prompt to decide who can access the Lattice Agent in 1:1s:
- Enable for all employees and future hires
- Enable for specific employees
- Select employees by fields, user groups, or individuals via the Edit criteria option
- You can modify this selection at any time. Choose Manage enablement and select Change who has access from the dropdown menu.
- Select employees by fields, user groups, or individuals via the Edit criteria option
Note: Admins can enable the Auto-invite to all 1:1s setting from the Settings page. This feature is disabled by default. When enabled, the Agent is automatically added to all upcoming 1:1 meetings for employees who have been granted access to the tool. Employees can remove the Agent from any meeting at any time directly within Lattice.
Disable the Lattice AI Agent for 1:1s
- Switch to admin
- Select Agent in 1:1s, under the Lattice AI heading
- Select the Manage enablement button
- You should now see two options in a dropdown menu.
- Change who has access - use the Edit criteria button within the Enable for specific employees section to re-scope access to a subset of users.
- Disable for all - select this, followed by Disable in the two-step confirmation to turn off the AI Agent in 1:1s for all users.
Transcript Retention
By default, transcripts are not retained.
If you want to store transcripts:
- Navigate to the Transcript retention section of the Agent in 1:1s admin page
- Use the Edit button
- Select your desired length of time from the dropdown menu, then Confirm your changes
