When the Lattice AI Agent in 1:1s has been enabled in a 1:1 relationship and transcript storage has been enabled, participants can download the transcript as a TXT file.
Download a Meeting Transcript
- Navigate to 1:1s > All 1:1s.
- Select the 1:1 relationship and navigate to the meeting you would like to access the transcript for.
- Select the ellipsis (...) next to Lattice AI Agent attended > Download transcript.
- Confirm by selecting Download.
