Resolution
To view historical changes, when they were made and who made them, you can export the data from the Profile Audit Logs within Reports in HRIS.
- Navigate to Admin > Analytics > Reports > New Report > Profile audit logs.
- Enter the Effective date range.
- Filter by Individual > search for and select their name.
- Search for Job Title or other field in Tracked fields and select.
- Select Download CSV.
Once you have downloaded the report, you should see who made any changes within the effective date range.
