Admins have access to two different Time Off reports. You can create and download a CSV export of employees’ time off balances, requested, approved, and declined time off requests or download a report that includes all requests for a single policy.
Please note that another admin cannot view the report automatically. The report must be shared by the creator for other admins to access it. See Share a Custom Report.
Download the Time Off Balance Summary
To download a CSV with employees' beginning and ending balances, accruals, taken and scheduled amounts:
- Navigate to Admin > Analytics > Custom reports.
- Select New report > Time off balance summary report.
- Choose a Report date range.
- Select the relevant time off policies from the drop-down.
- Filter to capture relevant employee data.
- Search and select the fields to include in the export.
- To select all fields within a category, mark the checkbox in the categories column on the left-hand side in the Fields section.
- To select specific fields within a category, click the category on the left-hand side in the Fields section and mark the checkbox for any relevant fields on the right-hand side.
- On the right-hand side, under Columns, drag and drop the column headers to your preferred order.
- Select Save, Download CSV or Schedule.
Download the Time Off Requests Report
To view all time off requests for a single policy including denied, cancelled and approved:
- Navigate to Admin > Time Off > Policies.
- Select the policy you are looking to view.
- Select Export CSV.
- Choose a start and end date for the data > Export CSV.
