Download Compensation Shareouts as a PDF

Admins, managers and employees are able to download their Compensation Cycle Shareouts as a PDF. Any bulk exported PDFs will be downloaded into a zip file. 

Admins

Download Statements In Bulk: 

  1. Navigate to Admin > Compensation > Compensation Cycles. 
  2. Next to the relevant compensation cycle, select View progress. 
  3. Under Sharing, select Share Statements > Shareout progress. 
  4. Select Download > Download PDF. 

Download a Single Statement: 

  1. Navigate to Admin > Compensation > Compensation Cycles. 
  2. Next to the relevant compensation cycle, select View progress. 
  3. Under Sharing, select Share Statements > Shareout progress.
  4. Next to the employee, select the ellipsis (...) > Preview recipient's statement. 
  5. Select Download PDF. 

Managers

Download Your Team's Statements In Bulk: 

  1. Navigate to Compensation > Cycles > choose the cycle.
  2. Under Share team results, select Download PDFs. 

Download a Single Statement: 

  1. Navigate to Compensation > Cycles > choose the cycle.
  2. Under Share team results, select View next to the employee. 
  3. On the statement page, select Download PDF. 

Employees 

  1. Navigate to Compensation > Cycles > choose the cycle.
  2. Under My results, select Download PDF.
