As an Admin, you can send a reminder to employees who have not submitted their reviews. You can remind all outstanding reviewers at once or use the filtering options to remind reviewers based on Manager, Department, Individual, or Custom Attribute.
Send reminders from progress page
In the Progress tab of a review cycle, Admins can filter by Manager, Individual, Department, or Custom Attribute. Once these filters are applied, Admins can choose to remind those subsets of users to complete their reviews or even select individual users to remind.
- Navigate to Admin > Reviews > Performance reviews.
- Click into the review cycle in question.
- Click Reviews, then the Progress tab
- Choose the filters you'd like to apply.
- Select Write reminder.
- Select either All incomplete, In progress, or Not Started.
- Customize your reminder notification, and click Send Reminder.
Managers can also send remindersfor their direct reports.
Send reminders from reviewer page:
- Navigate to Admin > Reviews > Performance reviews.
- Click into the review cycle in question
- Click on the Reviewers tab.
- Click Write Reminder OR find the individual you'd like to remind and click Remind... next to their name.
