As an admin, you can send a reminder to employees who have not submitted their reviews. You can remind all outstanding reviewers at once or use the filtering options to remind reviewers based on Manager, Department, Individual, or Custom Field.

Org chart reviews
Send reminders from the Progress page
In the Progress tab of a review cycle, Admins can filter by Manager, Individual, Department, or Custom Field. Once these filters are applied, Admins can choose to remind those subsets of users to complete their reviews or even select individual users to remind.
- Navigate to Admin > Reviews > Performance reviews.
- Click into the review cycle in question.
- Click Reviews, then the Progress tab
- Choose the filters you'd like to apply.
- Select Write reminder.
- Select either:
- All incomplete
- In progress
- Not Started
- Customize your reminder notification, and click Send Reminder.
Managers can also send reminders for their direct reports.
Send reminders from the Reviewers page
- Navigate to Admin > Reviews > Performance reviews.
- Click into the review cycle in question
- Click on the Reviewers tab.
- Click Write Reminder.
Automated rule reviews
Send reminders for all review cycles in an Automated Rule:
- Navigate to Admin > Reviews > Performance reviews > Automated.
- Select Send Reminders.
- Choose from:
- Any Incomplete
- In progress
- Not started
- The Send reminder notification popup will appear — Customize the reminder notification.
- Select Send Reminder.
Send reminders for individual reviews:
- Navigate to Admin > Reviews > Performance reviews > Automated.
- Select the automated rule review.
- Go to Reviews, select with the Progress, Reviewees or Reviewers tab.
- Select Send reminders and choose one of the following:
- Any incomplete
- In progress only
- Not started only
- The Send reminder notification popup will appear — Customize the reminder notification.
- Select Send Reminder.
