The Audit Log
During a review cycle, admins have the ability to change certain review settings. The Audit Log in Lattice is a great tool for admins to view the changes made in a review cycle. The Audit Log is available in both Org-Chart Reviews and Automated Rules.
The Audit Log gives visibility into:
- What changes were made
- Who made the change
- When changes were made
Viewing an Audit Log in a Review Cycle
Step 1: Navigate to the Admin page > Reviews > Auditing.
Step 2: Click on the ellipsis next to the Review Cycle and select Audit log in the dropdown that appears.
From here, you can view all of the changes that have been made within this Review Cycle:
You will also be able to view the Audit Log by entering your Review Cycle and clicking on the ellipsis in the top right corner. From here, select Audit log.
The Audit Log shows:
- When a reviewee is added/removed from a review cycle, as well as who made the change
- When a reviewer is added/removed from a reviewee and the review direction, as well as who made the change
- When and who ended a review
- When a review has switched from a timeline review cycle to manual control
