How to add an additional direct report, peer, or manager reviewer in an active review cycle.
Adding a Late Reviewer:
You can easily add a reviewer of any type - manager, peer, or direct report mid-review cycle. To do so:
Step 1: Navigate to the Admin page within the Discovery Navigation.
Step 2: Click Reviews found in the secondary navigation.
Step 3: Select the appropriate review cycle.
Step 4: In the Reviews section of the cycle, select the Reviewees tab.
Step 6: Find the reviewee you want to add a new reviewer to.
Step 7: In the right context panel, click Edit to the right of the list of names.
Step 8: Add the reviewer and click Save.
Please note: You can add additional managers, direct reports, and/or peer reviewers. The new reviewer will be sent the appropriate template.
Adding an additional peer reviewer:
To add an additional peer reviewer, the process is similar to the steps listed above. Just make sure you are adding the reviewer in the correct section (i.e. peer, manager).
Adding an additional manager reviewer:
The late reviewer will then receive the following email notification inviting them into the system to begin the review:
If you do not want the late reviewer getting an email notification when added, you can always "uncheck" the email notification box before you click the Enter key to add that user.
