Problem
- Will deactivating an employee mid cycle delete reviews they completed?
- Is it possible to keep the reviews of a reviewer in the cycle, even when you deactivate them mid cycle?
- I would like to deactivate a employee that has written reviews in our active cycle. What will happen to their reviews?
Resolution
When a reviewer is deactivated mid cycle, all of their review assignments will remain the same, and any drafted or submitted responses will remain in the cycle.
Only if the reviewer is removed, will their drafted and submitted responses be deleted from the cycle.
