Super Admins, Survey Admins, and Engagement Admins can enable the option to export the results from anonymous Engagement surveys.
This export will include all individual survey responses, including comments, regardless of the anonymity threshold set. While names, emails, and other identifying details are hidden, responses may still include fields such as manager or department to support survey analysis. Participants will be informed about this before starting the survey. View what the participants will see in Anonymity in Engagement Surveys.
Before you start
- Raw Exports must be enabled during setup. This setting cannot be changed after the survey is launched.
- Survey participants will be informed that their responses can be viewed individually. The export of anonymous surveys will mask the participants' identifying details.
- Filters cannot be applied to the export.
