Admins can upload historical external Engagement Surveys into Lattice. Once uploaded, historical surveys will be visible to super admins within the engagement survey results of a survey that was set up and launched within Lattice.
Upload a historical engagement survey
- Navigate to Admin > Engagement > Historical data.
- Click on Upload historical data at the top right of the screen.
- Click on download the CSV template where you can download the pre-formatted CSV template and add department, company and manager level engagement scores.
- The uploaded engagement survey's results will be visible within the Compare to tab of an engagement survey that has been set up and launched within Lattice.
