Admins are responsible for reviewing submitted Performance Improvement Plan drafts made by managers before they are finalized and shared with employees.
Before you start
- Comments added to Improvement Plans cannot be accessed after the plan has been approved and shared. If you need to access these comments, reach out to Customer Care.
- Admins are unable to edit an Improvement Plan on behalf of a manager, unless they have super-admin permission.
Review an Improvement Plan
- Navigate to Admin > Performance > Improvement Plans.
- Select the Improvement Plan to review.
- Review the plan and add Comments to the plan to communicate with the manager.
Note: Managers will be notified when comments are added to the Improvement Plan. - Once the plan meets company guidelines, select Approve improvement plan.
Note: Once an Improvement Plan has been approved, it is only possible to edit the collaborators or dates until the plan is ended. Other edits, such as expectations, cannot be made once approved.
