Managers were able to share review packets, but now they're sharing the blue share button has disappeared.
I have a manager who can't share a review packet with their direct report.
I've ended the cycle as an admin, but managers didn't receive any notifications and are not able to share their direct report packets.
Resolution
Is the review cycle for that reviewee ended? If not, you won't be able to share the review. To end a review cycle individually, follow the steps for ending a review cycle early. If you have enabled calibration, this will need to first be ended before review packets can be shared.
Once the cycle of the reviewee is ended, admins can share reviews or the manager can share the review.
Check and see if any reviews have been reopened for that direct report, either in the Audit Log or by selecting the employee's name to see the review context panel. If the review is still open for that employee, it will also need to be closed before the review can be shared.
