Navigate to Admin > Lattice AI > Features > Lattice AI Agent > Manage.
Select the Dashboard tab.
Navigate to the response > select the ellipsis (...) > Make a correction.
Enter the corrected response text.
(Optional) Check the Send corrected response back to [employee] so the requester is emailed the updated response.
Select Make Correction.
Correct the Lattice AI Agent
Admins can correct the Lattice AI Agent's responses to questions from the Lattice AI Agent Dashboard.
