Admins can share Analytics Explorer custom views with employees in the company. When a report is shared with a manager, the manager will only be able to view data for their reporting tree.
Share a saved view
- Create a saved view.
- Click on the share icon
at the top of the page.
- Within the Share with dropdown, select the employees who should have access to the report.
- Click Save changes.
Employee POV
To view the shared view, employees given access must navigate to Reporting > Saved views. Employees will have data restricted based on the employee's permissions and will be unable to share the report.
