Calibration in a talent review can occur any time after the launch of the cycle. Super admins and talent review admins can adjust scores via a table or 9-box view.
Calibration process for talent reviews
- Create a calibration group and share the group's review data with calibration participants and facilitators. Calibration groups make the calibration process more manageable by segmenting reviewees into groups and giving participants and facilitators visibility into ratings.
- Calibrate ratings directly in Lattice using either the Calibration Table or the Box view.
- End the talent review. Ending the talent reviews will prevent any additional changes to ratings.
- View and share results. View how reviewees were rated pre and post-calibration.
