Admins can track the progress of individual reviews created from an automated rule. To view progress, navigate to Admin > Reviews > Performance reviews > Automated rules > Enter the rule.
Reviews progress table
The Reviews progress table includes columns for:
- Reviewee name
- Reviewer, when viewing by Overall Completion
- Launch date
- End date, for rules with automatic end dates only
- Review writing directions (self, peer, upward, downward)
- Sharing
Different views give you the ability to see where individuals are across stages, which reviewers are behind, and completion rates by department. Available views are:
- View by Reviewees
- View by Review Direction
- View by Overall Completion
Filter & grouping
Filters can be applied in addition to groupings. Group by shows all data but organized into groups while filters narrow down the data to a specific category.

- Individual
- Business unit

Categorize all data by grouping by:
- Department
- Manager
- Business unit
- Cycle status
