Admins can make adjustments to an employee’s pay data during an active compensation cycle by editing an employee row in the Employee pay table or through the Employee pay CSV.
Before you start
- Changes to employee pay data will only be reflected in cycles that are still in draft or active state; they will not be reflected in a cycle once it is ended.
- Updates to employee pay data may have an impact on the budget. For example, if you set raise guidance of +10% for all employees and an employee’s base pay increases from $100,000 to $120,000, the raise guidance will increase from $10,000 to $12,000.
