Problem
- Need to reopen review after calibration to change pre-calibrated score and feedback
Resolution
Admins have the ability to reopen submitted or closed reviews at all stages of the review cycle. Once calibration ends, admins will be prompted to either:
- Reopen manager reviews for all reviewees: This gives the managers the ability to add additional context to their downward reviews based on the calibrated scores.
- Reopen manager reviews for reviewees where there are changes in calibrated scores: This would reopen manager reviews for managers with direct reports whose calibrated scores differ from their pre-calibrated scores.
- Continue without reopening manager reviews.
Note: If manager reviews are reopened, the reviewer will be able to change comments, but not pre-calibrated scores. A calibrated score must be entered to lock the pre-calibrated score.
Pre-calibrated scores are not visible to the direct report/reviewee - only managers and admins can view within the manager review packet. Only the calibrated score is shown in reviewee review packets. Learn more in Resubmit a Downward Review Post Calibration.
