Problem
- No one in my company is receiving Lattice notifications in email.
Resolution
If some users are receiving notification emails and others are not, see Individuals Not Receiving Email Notifications.
- Ensure your organization's notification settings are configured to allow email notifications.
- If your company has email filters or a spam blocker, you may need to allowlist Lattice's email for your employees. Please work with your IT team to make sure that the following information is allow listed with your provider:

Note: Lattice will stop sending notifications to an email address if we fail to successfully deliver a message due to a recipient's address being returned as invalid/non-existent/temporarily misconfigured. Soft bounces (for example, mailbox is full) do not cause suppressions.
Email bounces most often occur in the following situations:
- When new hires are invited to Lattice before their company email address is created. We recommend inviting new hires to Lattice on or after their start date to avoid this issue.
- When a mailbox has been deactivated.
- When an individual unsubscribes from Lattice emails or marks a Lattice email as spam, including Lattice marketing notifications. Please reach out to our Customer Care team to check if an email address is unsubscribed and re-subscribe the account to Lattice emails.
