Problem
- No one in my company is receiving Lattice notifications in email.
Resolution
If some users are receiving notification emails and others are not, see Individuals Not Receiving Email Notifications.
- Ensure your organization's notification settings are configured to allow email notifications.

If your company has email filters or a special spam blocker installed, you may need to add Lattice to an allowlist for your employees. Work with your IT team to make sure that the following information is added to your provider:
Mail server IP address: 159.135.226.21
Domain: mg.latticehq.com
Mail server: MailGun
Additional email addresses: notifications@mg.latticehq.com
