Configure your invite notifications in the Lattice notification centers
There are two options for how notifications can be sent for invites to Lattice — via email and Slack/Teams.
At this time, notifications will always be sent via email when a user is invited into the system. This email will prompt the user to create a password and sign in to Lattice.
You can also turn on Invite notifications in either Slack or Team, depending on which your company is integrated with.
Turn on Invite Notifications in Slack/Teams
- Navigate to your Admin page.
- Go to Settings > Platform > Notifications.
- On the right next to Invites, check either Slack or Teams.
- Click Save Changes.
