Problem
- I am not receiving email Lattice notifications.
- Some users in my organization are not getting notification emails.
Resolution
If this issue is affecting all users in your organization, see All Users in Organization Not Receiving Email Notifications instead.
- Ensure your individual notification preferences are configured to allow email notifications.
- If you have unsubscribed from Lattice emails in the past, Lattice will stop sending notifications to your address. This can also occur if we fail to successfully deliver a message due to the address being returned as invalid, nonexistent, or temporarily misconfigured. Contact customercare@lattice.com for assistance.
Note: If an employee is invited to Lattice prior to their company email address being activated, the invitation will fail to be delivered, resulting in future notifications being suppressed. We recommend not inviting new hires to Lattice until their start date to avoid this issue.
