Once the Review Writing phase is complete, admins can manually end the review cycle or have it automatically end if your review cycle is on a timeline.
Note: Drafted reviews will automatically be submitted once the cycle is ended.
- Within the review cycle, select End review cycle.
- Under Advanced Options, choose to send a notification or create a task for managers once the review is closed notifying them to share the review packet.
- Confirm by selecting Yes, end review cycle.
If your review cycle has Calibration enabled, ending review writing will move the cycle to the Calibration stage. If Calibration is not enabled, the review cycle will continue on to the Sharing phase.
