Connections

Allow your employees to connect the Lattice AI Agent to the tools they use so that the Agent can access and synthesize real-time performance any time.

To enable or disable different tools, admins or custom integrations role permission holders can navigate to Admin > Platform > Connections.

Once enabled, employees can then connect their accounts and use the data to help draft their reviews and Updates.

Connect your Individual Account

  1. Navigate to your profile > Manage settings > Connectors.

  2. Next to the relevant app, select Connect.

    1. To disconnect the app, select Disconnect.

  3. Follow the steps to log into your account.

Available Connections

Zoom

Lattice’s Zoom integration connects meeting data from Zoom with Lattice to support evidence-based performance reviews and updates. Data is handled securely and used only to provide the Lattice features enabled by your organization, in accordance with applicable privacy settings and permissions. Lattice will pull:

  • Transcripts

  • Summaries

  • Notes
