If you misplace your SFTP account password or need to reset the password for any reason, you can do so directly in Lattice.
Lattice offers two SFTP servers. The following steps are for Lattice's SFTP2 server. If your credentials are set up on our SFTP1 server or if you're unsure which server your credentials belong to, reach out to Customer Care for support.
To reset your password, please do the following:
Navigate to Admin > Platform > Integrations.
Click the ellipsis (...) next to the Pause Sync button > Click Change Password.
A modal will then appear where you can reset your password.
Note: If you reset your password, you must enter the new credentials again in your HRIS SFTP setup.
