When configuring a review cycle with peer reviews, admins can choose if they want to allow employees to decline to write a peer review that they have been nominated to complete.
Note: Allowing reviewers to decline peer reviews is not available for automated review cycles.
During setup, navigate to Configuration > Peer Review.
Under Advance settings, toggle on Allow reviewers to decline peer nominations.
Click Continue to move to the next setup step.
