No. Opening manager submissions will not close other reviews. Reviews are only ended when closing the review cycle for the <a href="https://help.lattice.com/hc/en-us/articles/13433426433815" target="_blank">individual</a> or for <a href="https://help.lattice.com/hc/en-us/articles/10766285756823" target="_blank">all participants</a>.
