Weighted scoring allows admins can enter a final overall score for each reviewee after the review writing is complete. When manually adding weighted scores, admins calculate the final scores on their end and then manually add or bulk upload them into Lattice.

Before you start

  • Only admins or employees with Reviews custom role calibration permissions will have the ability to add weighted scores to the review cycle.

  • Weighted scores can be any real number. This means positive or negative numbers, with or without decimals will be accepted.

Enable manual weighted scoring

  1. Navigate to your review cycle.

  2. Navigate to Evaluation > Weighted scores.

  3. Toggle on Weighted score.

  4. Continue the review cycle setup.

Add weighted scores

During the Scoring phase, admins can add a score directly within the calibration table or by bulk uploading via CSV.

  1. Within the calibration table, scroll to the right until you see the Weighted column.

Manually input scores within the calibration table

  1. Within the calibration table, scroll to the right until you see the Weighted column.

  2. Enter each reviewee's weighted score in the textbox.

Bulk upload weighted scores

  1. Click the ellipsis menu (...) > Download Ratings > Download current ratings.

  2. Enter the weighted scores into the CSV.

  3. Click the ellipsis menu (...) > Upload ratings.

  4. Click Upload scores via CSV.
